DTF Film roll 30cm x 100m

These DTF film rolls are with specially formulated coating to enable the production of vivid printed images with seamless gradients, devoid of any background artifacts. This advanced solution ensures optimal print quality and enhances the overall visual appeal of the final output. 

• Universal Peel (Hot or Cold Peel): Use the film as a hot or cold peel, depending on your preference.
• Matte Side: Easily distinguish the print side.
• Thickness: 83µm
• Suggested transfer temp. and time: 160°C at 10 to 15 seconds.
• Suggested curing temp: 125°C for shaker machines, 140°C for desktop curing oven.

Instructions:

1. Print the image onto the matte side of the film in mirror mode. (CMYK>>White Ink)
2. Apply hot melt powder evenly and remove excess powder.
3. Cure hot melt powder using suggested temperatures stated above.
4. Transfer the image by heat press at medium pressure with suggested temperature and time stated above.
5. Hot/Cold Peel (remove the film gently).
6. Heat Press again at 137°C for 5sec with medium pressure to enhance softer hand feel.
