Certified Class 1 Laser Product

The “S” in xTool S1 stands for safety – the xTool S1 is designed to be the safest diode laser in the market. It proudly meets the IEC Class 1 laser safety standards and holds EU CE certification. For those unaware of laser safety classification standards, Class 1 safety means the machine is safe to use under all normal conditions. 

xTool S1’s enclosed structure speaks volumes of its safety. It has an advanced dual laser light filtering cover, integrating both blue and red lights. This innovative design makes those safety glasses unnecessary. 

Furthermore, the device has a 100 CFM exhaust fan to maintain optimal air quality during use. The 5-direction flame detection sensors further add a safety layer and ensure a quick response to anomalies.

If you accidentally open the machine while it’s processing, the machine turns off automatically, thanks to the “Lid-Open Safety Stop” feature. And for any internal issues, there’s an emergency stop button at your disposal.

The xTool S1 boasts a 40W high power, thanks to advanced laser compression technology. It merges eight 6W lasers to deliver cutting efficiency that stands toe-to-toe with CO2 machines. With such power, it can slice through 18mm of wood in one go! 

Curious about what it can cut and engrave? Well, it can cut paper, wood, MDF, leather, felt, and opaque acrylic. And when it comes to engraving, the list is pretty extensive—stainless steel, dark glass, wood, leather, fabric, jade, ceramic, shale, marble, cement, brick, and painted metal. 

The S1 also boasts an upgraded guide rail structure for increased stability. This allows the high-power laser to reach its full potential and ramp up efficiency. It holds steady, even at a high-speed movement of 600 mm/s.

And let’s not forget its versatility. It has switchable laser modules, including 40W, 20W, 10W diode laser modules, and a 2W infrared laser module. The infrared module is especially cool for finely engraving metals and plastics.

The precise camera-like sensor system measures two points’ coordinates to define the processing range. The second standout feature is the Autofocus Engraving, which makes S1 as precise as a computer. It helps by moving the spot below the cutting surface, enhancing cutting power.

Lastly, S1 has a Dynamic-focus Engraving System for dynamic and curved engraving. It allows high-precision ranging and 3D object modeling. The motorized Z-axis adjusts focus during processing. This makes every engraving perfect, even on uneven surfaces.

The xTool S1 boasts a spacious bed size measuring 608x385mm. With a working are of 498x319mm, it comfortably surpasses the dimensions of a A3 paper, catering to larger projects with ease.

Need to accommodate taller objects? The riser base has got you covered! It elevates the xTool S1 and allows engraving on objects up to 133.5mm tall. 

Then there’s the RA2 Pro rotary attachment, which allows for working on round items like tumblers, mugs, spheres, and rings. 

Lastly, let’s not overlook the Smart Air Assist. It automatically tweaks the airflow size based on the processing status, ensuring every creation turns out just perfect.

The high-performance exhaust system, coupled with the exhaust fan, efficiently filters and expels smoke and dust generated during the machine's operation. Paired with an air purifier, it ensures a healthier workspace by effectively capturing and filtering airborne particles and fumes.
